How do I book?

How much notice is needed to supply a Bouncy Castle?

It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment and to ensure you get the Bouncy Castle you require. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

When can I hire a Bouncy Castle?

Our Bouncy Castles are available 7 days a week, all year round including Bank holidays. We DO NOT charge extra for Bank Holidays, but as demand is obviously high, it is advisable to book as early as possible.

How much does it cost?

What does the price include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include FREE local delivery, and you will receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker, safety mats and rain cover where applicable.

How long do I get the equipment for?

We are very flexible and can work around you, accommodating the time of your party/event. Generally we start delivering from 8.00 am and collect up until 21.30pm.

Do you hire overnight?

Yes, this is ONLY available on our ADULT Bouncy Castles, an overnight hire charge applies. (We reserve the right to refuse overnight hire if we feel the safety of the castle/equipment is compromised.)

How do I pay?

Our preferred method is cash on delivery, however we can accept a cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

NO deposit is required.

Can I collect and set up the Bouncy Castle myself?

Sorry no. For insurance and safety purposes, we must deliver and install all bouncy castles ourselves.

Can we move or relocate the Bouncy Castle?

No! For safety reasons, once erected the bouncy castle must not be moved for any reason.

What if it rains?

Where stated the bouncy castles have shower covers. They are also ideal for providing shade on very sunny days during the summer. The bouncy castles should not be used if due to heavy rain they get too wet, as they may become dangerous. If it is likely to be very wet on the day of your booking you have the option to cancel or re-schedule. We also reserve the right to cancel any booking due to extreme weather conditions that we feel will impede the safe use of the bouncy castle.

What if I need to cancel?

That is fine, we DO NOT charge a cancellation fee. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If we are not advised of the cancellation then the full hire charge is payable.

Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14 years. Our Adult castle is excluded where there is NO age restriction.
